Abstract

  • Food image dataset composed of images of 10 food samples taken from 36 angles for each food category
    • Sashimi
    • Curry and rice
    • Eel rice-bowl
    • Beef stew
    • Hamburger steak
    • Tempura rice-bowl
    • Fried pork rice-bowl
    • Tuna rice-bowl
    • Cheese burger
    • Fish burger
  • Each image is associated with the target values of its attractiveness obtained from subjective experiments by Thurstone's paired comparison method
